Opening Day May 6, 2005.

Many of our customers have asked us why we opened a self service dog wash.  After we had fostered and help adopt several dogs with local rescue groups we both realized we had a love for dogs and share this passion with many of our friends.  Both Marcia and I have worked in the service industry for several years.  We decided we wanted to open our own business and after looking at several different opportunities we chose one that combined our passion for dogs. Many times we found ourselves bathing in the driveway causing a very sore back. We decided there had to be a better way.  We researched the self service concept and checked out several regional dog washes.  We believe we have taken the best ideas from several different concepts.

We have combined several different pet businesses.  We offer a self service dog wash, professional grooming, retail, holistic pet foods, pet training, and pet vaccinations.  We promise to provide a safe and clean environment for you to take care of your pets.  It’s a fun environment and we enjoy going to work each day. We want to thank our many customers for making U Dirty Dog a success it is today.  If you are still washing your dog on the driveway or in the bath tub, come and see how easy it can be to wash and groom your pets in our stainless steel tubs.  We provide everything you need and we clean up the mess.  You leave with a clean pet,and your pet gets to enjoy your undivided attention.
